Coconut Grove Plantscaping Inc

Having worked in the downtown area off and on over many years, I was always aware that Coconut Grove was THE plant care company to call. They looked after two of the buildings I worked in and I often saw then caring for trees and plants in the main lobby area of several others. I have contacted them a couple times with questions they were happy to answer and twice I have had the opportunity to get them to take care of, and prune, our office patio potted trees. I received prompt replies, reasonable quotes and quick scheduling. Their staff is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient, causing no disturbance to our office. I would be happy to refer them to anyone.

Our property manager hires these people who do nothing but destroy lawns. They were asked to work on a trail near my fenced lawn and they literally not only backed their trailer and truck through my fence, into my lawn.. they destroyed many pieces of my fence, took the rest out, said they removed it before and they were in good condition. Appeared apologetic when I confronted them and moved their truck and said they will fix it and avoid going through it... but as soon as I am back in the house, they drive their truck, stomp over my flower garden and destroyed a good portion of my hard work. When I went to look at the fences after they left, much of the damage was due to them driving over it and now they are irrepairable and I need to buy all new fence. Common sense would of been to speak to me or the property manager but it is obvious they care very little because as soon as my back is turned, they do it anyways. The boss" Andy is nothing but a liar."

Great company very understanding and love the quality of work

I contacted Adam at Coconut Grove about or fallen pear tree we have had in our garden for 20 years. Right from the start he was professional, listened to my concerns and I felt confident he would use his expertise to help us. I am so thankful we did as the tree was treated gently and with much care and I am so happy to see it back up and recovering from the fall. This company does a good job of lawn care in in my opinion but I know we pay them enough to invest in a battery powered blower. The gas powered blower they use is so very loud and is highly distressful to the elderly and their pets. Please upgrade your blowers. Thanks

Very irresponsible owner and contactor, terrible customer service and quality of work was very low. Stay away from this company!
